- Input data: the information you provide when generating emails (e.g., your service description, prospect details). This data is sent to our AI provider to generate email content and is not stored permanently on our servers.
- Payment data: payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider, Creem. We do not store your credit card or banking information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the FreelanceMail service.
- To manage your account and subscription.
- To track usage against your plan quota.
- To improve and optimize our service.
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate FreelanceMail:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- OpenAI-compatible API — AI email generation. Your input data is processed but not retained by the AI provider beyond the request.
- Creem — payment processing.
- Vercel — hosting and deployment.

Your account data and generation history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
