By accessing or using FreelanceMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreelanceMail is an AI-powered tool that helps freelancers and consultants write cold outreach emails. The Service generates email sequences based on user-provided input using artificial intelligence.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Usage and Plans

• FreelanceMail offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans with different monthly email sequence quotas.
• Usage quotas reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Unused quota from a previous plan does not carry over.
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Creem.
• All prices are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing emails.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service in any way.

7. AI-Generated Content

• The email content generated by FreelanceMail is produced by AI and should be reviewed before sending.
• You are solely responsible for the emails you send using content generated by the Service.
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., response rates) from using our generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

FreelanceMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
